Abstract: Most ACH SIGBOVIK papers have an abstract in order to draw the reader the in and to set up future jokes. In this recessionary time, jokes are a scarce and valuable resource. We prefer not to waste them on a moment of brief glory, when we could drag them out for whole paragaphs and sections.
